Panthaya Kozhi will be the next Malayalam film for Pooja. The movie is produced by Lal Jose under the banner of Lal Creations. This is the biggest banner in Malluwood. M.A.Venu is the director of the movie and has also contributed the story for the movie. Narain and Pooja play the lead roles. Narain has joined hands with Pooja for the first time. He has been launched as an action hero through this movie.

As per the story, Narain lives in Kerala and plays a role as Bharathan. In an issue of selling a property, he goes to Kalimuthupalayam, a village in Tamil Nadu. Pooja plays the role of a Tamil girl, Chembakam. She loves Bharathan. Actress Geetha plays the role of Narain's mother in this movie. The Villain role of Nachappa Gounder is played by Rami Reddy, the Telugu actor. He is the don and landlord of Kalimuthupalayam. The songs are penned by Vayalar Sharatchandra Varma and the team of Alex Paul. The movie has five songs on the whole. The camera is handled by Venugopal, while the screenplay is by J.Pallasseri.
